Return and Cancellation Policy
Defective tools and beads may be exchanged. We must be notified within 7 days of receiving the item and we will issue a return authorization. Items must be packaged securely and return authorization must be included in the package. We will issue a shipping return on defective items only.
If you change your mind, find it elsewhere, or it isn't what you expected, we are sorry. Such items may be returned for store credit. There will be no refunds offered. Some products are not eligible for return and these are marked "final sale" at the time of purchase. Please notify us of your desire to return an eligible product and we will issue a return authorization. Items must be packaged securely and return authorization must be included in the package. Return shipping charges are paid by the customer. There will be a 25% restocking fee.
Cancellations of orders that have been filled but not shipped will incur a 25% restocking fee.
When you register for a class you have purchased a seat for that class. It is not returnable or transferable. We know that situations arise and plans can change. If you are unable to attend a class, please notify us in advance. You will receive the class materials and instructions. Should you need help, we will do our best to assist you in completing the class project.
